Firstly please bare in mind that all items are handmade to order so there will be a turn around time at the point of ordering, standard turn around is usually around 2- 4 weeks but please contact us if this is a problem or you would like a more current turn around time.

Postage is priced at £3.50

All items are posted via My Hermes or Royal Mail. 

If you haven't received your item within a week of your dispatch email please get in contact and we can check shipping info.

Local collection available, choose the local collection option at the checkout. PLEASE ONLY USE THIS OPTION IF YOU ARE ABLE TO COLLECT YOUR PARCEL FROM LETCHWORTH OR ARLESEY IN HERTFORDSHIRE

  Returns

We are unable to accept items which have been personalised as a return unless they are faulty.

Anything non personalised we will be able to exchange or refund within 14 days of you receiving your items. A refund will only be issued once items are received back in original form (unworn and unwashed) and packaging.

When returning items they must be posted via Royal Mail signed for and you must keep proof of postage.
